In the Fall of 2008, Ben was arrested for dealing Oxycotins & Marijuana. According to the police report, this was his very FIRST arrest. Instead of accepting the slap-on-the-wrist consequences of his own actions like a man, he chose to be an informant for the NE Georgia Drug Task Force & sent someone to prison for selling marijuana.
